lovely room complimentary slippers coffee machine
the room was lovely. i found complimentary slippers and high quality bedding. a free coffee machine was in the reception area and was a nice touch.
the hotel had zero flexibility on check in times so we were not able to get into our room even 1 minute before 3pm.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
disabled shower poor breakfast selection
The location was quite good. It was very near to the Sagrada Familia.
The room was not what I expected. It had a disabled level access shower instead of the enclosed shower pictured online. This meant the bathroom got completely wet during showers! The breakfast selection was also poor. I noticed only stale pastries and limited options.

superb stay near the basilica!
lovely terrace super clean housekeeping 24-hour desk
My superior double room had a lovely terrace. housekeeping kept everything super clean daily. the location was very nice. Sagrada familia was a short walk. i especially appreciated the 24-hour desk. It provided peace of mind .
I noticed some noise from other guests late at night.

disabled access shower poor selection
The hotel's location was indeed very close to the Sagrada Familia and also near the metro.
The room I booked online showed a shower (I needed it enclosed), but I got one for disabled access (making the whole bathroom wet). Breakfast was poor. A limited selection included stale pastries and sliced meats (I avoided it after the first day).
